Ms. Loveridge specializes in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, business reorganizations and debtor/creditor rights. She has extensive experience in chapter 7 trustee administration and representation, chapter 11 reorganization and chapter 13 reorganization. Ms. Loveridge, has represented all parties in the bankruptcy process including, trustees, debtor's in possession and creditors. She has liquidated many companies both in, and outside of, the bankruptcy context.
Ms. Loveridge is a member of both Utah State and Wisconsin State bars. She is also past president of the Bankruptcy Section of the Utah State Bar, and a member of the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, Utah Bankruptcy Lawyer's Forum, and American Bankruptcy Institute. Ms. Loveridge has also served as Judge Pro Tem for Third District Court, State of Utah.
Ms. Loveridge holds a J.D. from the Unversity of Wisconsin Law School and a B.S. from Utah State University ( cum laude ) where she was also elected to Phi Kappa Phi, Mortar Board and Sigma Tau Delta.
