 Mr. Nill practices in the areas of general commercial litigation, contract law, bankruptcy, collections and creditors rights. He was admitted to the Utah bar and U.S. District Court, District of Utah in 2000. Mr. Nill has an academic interest in International Law issues and is a member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi, Sutherland Inn.

Mr. Nill speaks Portuguese and is active in local community affairs. He and his wife Terri have four children.
